Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us (website form, email, phone, WhatsApp), we collect your name, phone number, email address, zip code, and the project details you share. Our website form does not ask for payment information.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics tools that collect usage data such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring page.

To answer your request, prepare quotes, schedule visits, and deliver the project.
To contact you about your quote or project by phone, email, or message.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Quote requests that do not become projects: up to 24 months.
Customer project records, contracts, and invoices: 7 years, for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Analytics data: according to the settings of Google Analytics (14 months) and Clarity (13 months).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and Texas), you may ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you,
correct it,
delete it (except what we must keep by law),
stop contacting you by phone, email, or message,
give you a copy of your information.

Write to info@doorandcabinet.com. We respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
